I'm a seasoned Graphic and Industrial Designer with a deep passion for designing for children and education. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I have dedicated my career to deliver high-standard design projects that prioritize the needs and interactions of users. My work is heavily influenced by my commitment to human development and inclusive design principles, and I continuously strive to create designs that resonate with the young audience and adults.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Graphic and Industrial Design, which has provided me with a strong foundation in design theory and practice. Additionally, I studied Early Childhood Development at Harvard University (in-person and online programs), and I am currently studying AI and Machine Learning with focus in Data Science, a program at MIT, which I am concluding in September 2025.

I completed with excellence another AI course, with focus in design, which was instructed by Robert Redmond (Head of AI Design at IBM, The Weather Channel). I also hold multiple certificates from courses in UX design and Instructional Design and Learning Technology at University of Illinois, further enhancing my skills in creating user-centric and impactful designs.

During my 2.5 years as a Senior Designer at Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, I led design projects for renowned brands like Play-Doh and Peppa Pig. This experience allowed me to further refine my skills in creating designs that not only meet high standards but also deeply connect with users, emphasizing the importance of user research in design decisions.

I have been working in many areas of design, including branding, marketing, user experience and user interface, design strategy and I hope I can apply my knowledge of AI to future projects.

I am a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who values feedback and sees it as a catalyst for continuous improvement and innovation. I am also determined to find solutions when I am less familiar with a specific subject. My leadership and mentoring skills have been crucial in guiding teams towards delivering exceptional and impactful design solutions, and my ability to think outside the box has led to the development of creative designs.
